Omni is a native reader for comics and books, with reading progress that syncs across your devices. It is coming soon to iPhone, Apple Vision Pro, and Android.

What files can I open?
Omni opens CBZ, CBR, and ZIP comic archives, as well as your books. You add your own files from your device or a folder you grant access to — there is nothing to upload.
Where are my files stored?
Your comics and books stay on your device (or your own server). They are never uploaded to Omni's servers.
How does reading-progress sync work?
When you enable sync, Omni stores a small progress file for each item on a server you configure — for example, your own WebDAV folder. Your devices read the newest progress and update it as you read, so you are always on the right page. Omni does not run a sync server of its own.
Do I need an account?
No account is required to read. Sign in with Apple is optional and is used only for account-based sync features.
