Omni ("the App") is a comic and book reader for iPhone, Apple Vision Pro, and Android, operated by FaRo Interactive. This policy explains what information the App accesses, how it is used, and your choices.
Omni is designed to keep your library and reading on your own devices. No account is required to read, and we do not use analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs of any kind.
You add your own comics and books to the App from your device or a folder you grant access to (using the system file picker and security-scoped bookmarks). These files are read locally on your device and are not uploaded to or stored on FaRo Interactive's servers. You can remove any item at any time.
The App can optionally keep your reading position in sync across your devices. When you enable sync, the App stores a small progress file for each item on a destination you configure — for example, a WebDAV folder on your own server or home device. FaRo Interactive does not operate a sync server and does not receive your progress data.
If you choose to use account-based features, you can sign in with Apple. Apple provides the App with an identifier for your account; the App does not receive your password. Signing in is optional and is not required to read.
We do not sell your data and we do not use third-party analytics or advertising. The only parties involved in processing your data are:
Omni is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Your library and reading data remain under your control. Removing an item from the App, or deleting the App, removes the associated data from your device. Progress files on a sync destination you configured can be deleted from that destination.
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted at this URL with an updated "Last updated" date.
