Omni Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Omni application ("the App"), operated by FaRo Interactive ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on devices you own or control, for your personal use. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or sublicense the App or any part of it.

2. Your Content

Omni is a reader for files you provide. You are solely responsible for the comics, books, and other files you add to the App, and for ensuring you have the right to use them. The App does not provide, sell, or distribute any comics or books, and we have no control over and take no responsibility for the content you choose to read.

3. Reading-Progress Sync

If you enable sync, you configure your own destination server. You are responsible for that server, its security, and its availability. We are not responsible for data stored on servers you control, or for any loss of progress data.

4. Purchases

The App may offer purchases processed by Apple through the App Store (including Universal Purchase across iPhone and Apple Vision Pro). By making a purchase, you agree that:

• Purchases and any subscriptions are billed to your Apple ID and are managed in your App Store account settings.
• Any subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Refunds, where applicable, are handled by Apple according to its policies.

Purchases are also subject to Apple's standard End User License Agreement.

5. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use the App to:

• Infringe the copyright or other rights of any third party.
• Violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the App.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that reading-progress sync will always succeed.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App — including any loss of files or reading-progress data.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted at this URL with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
